Chirantan Rasayan Sanstha (CRS) was established in 2016 to popularize science at all levels for the benefit of the society and mankind. Organization of symposia and workshops, felicitation of scientists and academicians, organization of award lectures, promotion of young talents, organization of science quiz are some of the regular activities of CRS. Publication of books and journals, publication of award lectures in journals have also been initiated. Symposia/webinars have been organized in collaboration with reputed academic institutions such as Vidyasagar University, Raja Narendra Lal Khan Womens College, Garhbeta College, Midnapore City College to encourage the involvement of more number students and research scholars.

Memorandum of Association

The Objects for which the society is established are:

1. To promote research and development in all branches of science for a better living.
2. To organize seminars, workshops, training sessions and similar activities for the promotion of research and development in all branches of science and outreach activities.
3. To collaborate with established institutions and other scientific societies in India and abroad so as to fulfill the goals.
4. To carry out activities that may assist in or be necessary for the fulfillment of the above objectives.
